Contest starts at 10:00 a.m. ET on August 1, 2009 and closes on October 15, 2009 at 11:59:59 p.m E.S.T. Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa will award one winning contestant with a 3-night (land-only) Unlimited-Luxury® stay for a total of 10 guests. The stay is only valid for the winner and the four people confirmed within their winning beach party. All five winning stays must be redeemed for travel during the same time period. Stay certificate will be sent directly to the winner. Certificate is valid for one year from the date of draw.
The Unlimited-Luxury® stay includes luxurious accommodations; breakfast, lunch and dinner; unlimited premium beverages at an array of bars & lounges; 24-hour room and concierge service; daily refreshed in room mini-bar; pool and beach wait service; daytime activities; non-motorized water sports; live evening entertainment; and state-of-the-art fitness center. Prize of 3-night stays are non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Blackout dates and restrictions apply and redemption is based upon hotel availability. Airfare and airport transfers are not included and need to be confirmed separately.

1. ELIGIBILITY: No Purchase Necessary. The AMResorts "Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa Beach Party" Contest (the "Contest") is open to legal residents of the U.S. and Canada who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and have Internet access as of the date and time the Contest was first made known to the public. Employees (and their immediate families and household members) of AMResorts, Apple Vacations, and their respective employees and their immediate families (spouses, siblings, children, household members and the spouses and children of the foregoing), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, directors, officers, members, partners, trustees, franchisees, governors, agents, owners, shareholders, participating vendors, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and affiliated entities (collectively, the "Contest Entities") are not eligible to enter the Contest. By entering the Contest, participants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules and Regulations. Contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Some restrictions apply. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
4. ENTRY PERIOD: From August 1, 2009 to October 15, 2009, consumers may fill out a ballot and enter by creating parties of five people (including themselves), as many times as they wish. Entries submitted prior to or after the Entry Period will be disqualified.
5. HOW TO ENTER: Consumers must visit www.dreamsbeachparty.com to register their information. Entry ends at 11:59 PM EST on October 15, 2009. In the event of a dispute about the identity of an online entrant, each online entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry as determined by Sponsor. The potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. No mechanical reproductions or facsimiles accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for misdirected, incomplete, lost, late or illegible entries, technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or other errors or problems which may limit a participant's ability to participate in the Contest or damage to a user's system as a result of participation in the Contest or downloading of any information necessary to participate in the Contest. False or deceptive entries or acts, as determined by Sponsor, will render the entrant ineligible. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify the Contest should any computer virus, malfunction or other cause beyond their control corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the Contest. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. All entries must be submitted in the name of an individual person and prizes can only be awarded to the person whose name is on or corresponds to each winning entry.
6. HOW TO WIN: On October 30, 2009, the winning entry will be selected from all online and offline entries of the contest. The Contest will be administered by the Sponsors, the decisions of which in all matters regarding the Contest are final and binding. If the potential winner does not respond to notification attempts to contact him/her, an alternate winner or no winner may be selected at Sponsors' discretion.

Winners will be emailed and be required to sign and execute affidavits of eligibility, tax acknowledgement forms, liability releases and, except where prohibited by law, use of name and likeness releases ("Winner Documents") prior to receiving their prize. Winners must submit signed Winner documents before any tickets will be issued. In the event any Winner declines the prize or fails to return completed releases, Sponsor may elect, at its sole discretion, to select an alternate winner. If no eligible potential winner can be identified after reasonable attempts or if delays in obtaining the completed Winner Documents would make it impracticable to award the prize due to the timing of the Game, no substitute prize will be awarded. Unclaimed prize may not be awarded. Winner and guests are responsible for all expenses and taxes not included in the prize package set forth above, including without limitation, transportation, parking, souvenirs, incidentals, tips, food and beverages and other personal expenses. The reporting and payment of any tax liabilities incurred by the entrant as a result of this Contest and any prize(s) won are the sole responsibility of the entrant. No substitution or transfer of prize(s) or cash redemptions permitted by winner. The Contest Entities reserve the right to substitute a prize of like value in the event the described prizes, or any portion thereof, is unavailable for any reason whatsoever.
8. PUBLICITY: By entering this Contest, participants grant Sponsors the right, unless prohibited by law, to use their name, likeness, voice, picture, entry or any copyrighted or copyrightable materials without further authorization or compensation, for the purpose of advertising and publicizing the goods and services of the Contest Entities and all matters related to the Contest in any manner or medium, through the world in perpetuity without further compensation (except where prohibited by law).
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering this Contest, entrants agree to release the Sponsors from any and all liability claims or actions of any kinds whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any prize-related activity. The Sponsors expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prize awarded. In the event more winner notifications are issued, or more winning prize claims are received, than the number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules due to computer, printing, seeding, human, or other error or problem, Sponsor may select an alternate winner to award the proper number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules.
In the event of sabotage, acts of God, computer virus or other events or causes beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, which corrupt the integrity, administration, security or proper operation of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Contest. In the event of cancellation, prizes will be awarded from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such cancellation.
10. DISPUTES: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any contestant and Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Philadelphia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of Philadelphia, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Philadelphia. In any action brought to enforce the obligation or right of any party hereunder, entrants consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in any court of appropriate jurisdiction in Newtown Square, Philadelphia, USA. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

DREAMS BEACH PARTY - SPECIAL OFFER - Terms & Conditions
Valid for new reservations made at Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa from August 1, 2009 thru December 23, 2009 for travel from September 15 through December 23, 2009. Not combinable with other promotions or special offers. Reservations can be made with any travel agent or directly with Dreams Resorts & Spas. Savings are reflected in the package price. Dreams Riviera Cancun is offering up to 55% off rates for travel from September 15 through December 23, 2009 in all room categories. Two kids stay free when traveling from September 15 through December 23, 2009.
With every new minimum three-night reservation guests will receive $200 in resort coupons. Resort coupons will be distributed in increments of $10 each and can be applied as follows: When using coupons towards spa treatment, up to four coupons equaling $40 USD can be combined and applied per spa treatment. When using coupons towards romantic dining, up to six coupons equaling $60 USD can be combined an applied toward a romantic dining experience. When using coupons towards wine purchases, coupons can not be combined, therefore one $10 USD coupon can be applied toward one bottle of wine. Resort coupons can also be applied to the cost of a room upgrade, however, only a maximum of 50% of the total value of the upgrade can be redeemed with resort coupons. Resort coupons can not be applied toward the following items: beauty salon services, spa product purchases, telephone charges, dolphin experiences, gift shop purchases, boutique purchases, internet service, marina services, dive shop, medical services, car rentals and travel agency services.
Resort Coupons must be redeemed at the time of reservation or service. Resort Coupons do not hold any cash or commercial value, are not refundable and non-transferable. They are not applicable for tips, taxes, private functions and/or special events such as Christmas and New Years Gala dinners. Gatherings, Getaways and Groups - Terms & Conditions
Book a six or more rooms at Dreams Resorts & Spas from July 17th, 2009 through November 16th, 2009 for travel from July 17th, 2009 through December 23rd, 2010. Valid for new reservations only.
There is a six room, three night minimum stay required. Social groups are defined as groups that do not require any additional services, planned events, meeting space, food and beverage events, etc. Any group requiring services of any kind must be directed to the hotel’s Groups Sales Manager and are subject to a surcharge.
Additionally, each group will receive a private check-in and Welcome Cocktail for the group; the sixth room within the group will be complimentary; 1 Free VIP room upgrade for every 10 rooms paid based on adult double occupancy and based on availability; $100 in Resort Coupons per person for individual spending.
